Welcome to Lotus in the Mire Translations!

Hi guys and gals, welcome in! My name is Ren 蓮 (lotus), and I’m a new(ish) translator. Certainly I haven’t posted anything in the novel translation community yet, but that changes now.

For years, I’ve studied Japanese; my goal in life is to teach university-level Japanese courses. My speaking fluency is very high, but my reading and writing skills are nigh abysmal. In 2019, I started translating as a way to improve my skills, and here we are!
